“Here is the updated and expanded review: ⸻ We stayed at the Ibis Budget for 3 nights. The room is very basic, so don’t expect much in terms of comfort or amenities — but the location is excellent and extremely central. The reception was always staffed and helpful with any questions. The doors operate via a simple code, so no key cards needed. Checkout is very easy: you just leave. One pleasant surprise was the mattress. We had a large double bed with one mattress and a big shared duvet — unusually comfortable for many German hotels, where you often get two single beds pushed together with separate small duvets. We really slept well. There was also a second single high-rise bed above the headboard, accessible via a ladder. This setup made the already small room feel even more constrained, but it might be practical for families. Overall, the price is fair for what you get. A practical, no-frills hotel in a top location.”

“Pillows smell bad and noisy. The rest is what you can expect to a budget hotel. I love the scent of body shower and shampoo. Friendly staff. Location is very near to the tram station just right in front of it”
